11. DMCA & Copyright Notices

STNews respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that material on our site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent at legal@stnews.live. Your notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work, the URL of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature. Counter-notices may be submitted following the same procedure. We process all valid DMCA requests within 10 business days.

12. Intellectual Property

The STNews name, logo, taglines, trade dress, and all related marks are trademarks of STNews. You may not use any of our trademarks without prior written consent. Fair use quotation of STNews content must include proper attribution with a link to the original article. API access, data feeds, and bulk content licensing require a separate commercial agreement. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration administered by JAMS in San Francisco, California, under the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

15. Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of the arbitration clause shall be null and void, and all disputes shall be resolved in court.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
